Refund Policy

At Urban Decor, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be considered for our design, fit-out, and technical services.


1. Service Contracts

  • Refunds are not applicable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • If a project is canceled before commencement, any advance payment may be refunded after deducting applicable administrative or processing fees.

2. Advance Payments

  • Advance payments are allocated toward resource booking, material procurement, and scheduling.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of the payment date for consideration.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following fees and expenses are non-refundable:

  • Consultation or design fees
  • Site visit or assessment charges
  • Permit, approval, or documentation fees
  • Third-party vendor or subcontractor costs

4. Dispute Resolution

All refund-related matters or disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
